Led by Rachelle Ballard a renowned yoga instructor, personal trainer, and wellness coach. Into the Woods Wellness Retreat offers guests a mind-body-spirit experience that helps them to recharge, rejuvenate, and find inner peace. It offers an opportunity to disconnect from everyday life and focus on self-care and personal growth in a wilderness setting.
These sessions will include a yoga component, as well as personal and group exercises that encourage mindfulness. Each session will be around an hour, depending on what I have planned for the day. Having a wellness-focused trip brings a wonderful mix of people together. I’ve emailed and spoken with all of the people who have made reservations, and they are all wonderful, upbeat, and radiant people. I believe that having this type of group together for five days truly improves the experience.
