Will is a Southern Oregon University graduate. He leads many of our trips and is an avid fly fisherman. When not guiding, he helps us with marketing.

Jo is a Colby grad and is attending the Acton School of Business in Austin, Texas where she is completing her MBA in Entrepreneurship. Jo grew up in Salmon and joined our crew while in high school

Andrew graduated from the University of Idaho in June, 2009. He is an enthusiastic hiker, fly fisherman and camp chef. He often leads early morning hikes.

Tom has been guiding for more than 25 seasons. He is a nurse by occupation and lives in Salmon, Idaho where he is building a new house.

Matt is a senior at UC Santa Barbara. His interests include surfing, fly fishing & snowboarding, He also guides on the Kern and Rogue rivers.

Part-time crew members Brian and Jenni Chaffin. Brian is a grad student at University of Idaho and Jenni works for NRS in Moscow, Idaho.

Skip 19, is a sophomore business major at the University of Oregon. He was a swamper on our crew for 6 years before getting his guide license. He is a terrific kayaker.

Scooter lives in Ketchum and usually heads to the Kern River in Southern California for early trips and then comes back to Idaho to guide on the Middle Fork.

When not rafting, Erin can be found in a classroom teaching U.S. history, fishing northwest rivers or sea kayaking.

Mary is the glue that holds our operation together. She handles reservations and plans our menus. She is Will, Matt and Skip's Mom.

Rachael grew up in Marin County, California and is pursuing a career in adventure education. In the off-season, she guides a variety of trips for school groups.

Anya is a high school senior and sorting through college choices. For a number of seasons she has worked on our Rogue River crew and is in the process of getting her Idaho guide license.
